Mission Statement
To provide the Residents of Midway utility customers with drinking water in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally approved manner. Where our Water comes from the Midway-Canaan Community Water Association (MCCWA) serves the MidwayCommunity. Our water is currently purchased from the City of Sanford. Groundwater from the Floridan Aquifer is treated at two water treatment facilities (Main WTP and Auxiliary WTP) and the potable water produced is distributed throughout the service area via transmission pipelines ranging in size from two (2) inches to twenty-four (24) inches. The MCCWA provides all customer services that include meter reading, billing, payment receipts, billing questions, and public education for water conservation.
